Dave’s style has been described as “Willie Nelson meets Irving Berlin” and gravitates toward jazz, folk, and country.
Services include house concerts, private events, custom songs, sonic logos, and underscore for film, tv, and advertising. Dave has scored one film with another in the works, written custom songs for birthdays, corporate celebrations, political campaigns as well as his own performances.
Dave accompanies several singers in the Bryan/College Station area, plays guitar in the Greg Tivis Orchestra, and can be found performing at Luigi’s and Casa do Brasil regularly.
Dave’s studio is located within The Matthews Group, where he is composer in residence.
